When you fill in a form (contact, test drive, question about a car, trade-in offer, job application) we process the data you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, details of your car, photos and your message.
What do we use it for?
Only to handle your request and contact you (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures at your request). We never sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
How long do we keep it?
As long as needed to handle your request, and then at most 2 years, unless a longer legal retention period applies. Job applications are kept for at most 1 year.
Processors
Forms are delivered to us by email via our hosting partner (Cloudflare) and email service (Resend). Our stock and its photos are provided by AutoScout24.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data (such as your chosen filters) is stored in your browser, which manages it itself.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@qcarsgewelt.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
